~full description~
With the support of your Lead, you’ll have 4 days to build and run a fully functioning survival camp. You’ll have to make your own tools, you’ll have to build your shelter, you’ll have to light and maintain your fire, you’ll have to forage and you’ll have to defend your camp.
By the end of the course, you will be expected to display a good level of self-reliance in nature, including navigation, tool use, foraging, fire making, ropes and knots, camouflage and survival in hostile environments. Working as a team, building on each other’s strengths and learning from one another, have you got what it takes?
This mission is in development. The full itinerary will be published in January 2026.
Please note that our daily itinerary is a guide, and some activities may need to be changed or rescheduled when circumstances occasionally make it difficult for us to run them, including poor weather. We’ll always do our best to offer enjoyable alternatives and, wherever possible, run the planned activity on an alternative day.
