To join The Hive, you must be passionate about sharing your outdoor expertise in an engaging way, have an instinctive understanding of what motivates children and be energetic, creative and resourceful. Importantly, you will be required to embrace the use of outdoor technology as a support for exploration, creativity and collaboration.
