Immerse yourself in the role of a young Maya tribute and play the game to save your skin! You have been charged with throwing this year’s festival to appease the gods and prevent the need for HUMAN SACRIFICES. To do this, you must create a spectacle of rituals, performances and offerings made from the ‘gift of the gods’ - Cacao. But Ek Chuah, the Mayan god of WAR and CHOCOLATE, is angry… He demands sacrifice, or there will be consequences!
Day by day, it’s up to the teams to work against the clock to set up their festival, but also gain the favour of Ek Chuah. Pay the correct tribute to this vengeful god of chocolate, and he will bless you with great gifts to aid you in your quest. Fail to satisfy him, and your team will pay a penalty!
Each group will compete for resources to create the most spectacular festival. They’ll have to build camp in the amazon rainforest, whittle their own cacao beans crushing tools, roast and grind the beans to make chocolate, perform a traditional Mayan fire ceremony, create terrifying Maya masks and compete to concoct the most scrumptious cacao treats, such as rich chocolate truffles and spiced hot cacahuatl. All the while satisfying the whims of the wrathful Ek Chuah by completing the tasks he has set. Will your offerings be enough to satisfy the wrath of the god?
A FAST-MOVING IMMERSIVE GAME TO DIVE INTO THE WORLD OF COCOA AND BRING TOGETHER BUSHCRAFT SKILLS, EXCITING PHYSICAL CHALLENGES & CREATIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING IN THE AMAZING RAINFOREST.
