A lot of development work goes into each bespoke mission at The Hive. But these can only be as good as the people bringing them to life with children. We take qualifications, professional experience and training very seriously. Our standard prices are below. We also offer sibling, multi-week and group discounts. Please scroll down for details.

Missions at The Hive run from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
We also provide extended care between 8.30am - 9.30am and 4.30pm - 6pm.
Extended care consists of supervised self-directed free play, using the resources and equipment provided by The Hive. This includes indoor and outdoor play. Extended care can be booked by session (morning or afternoon) or by the day. You can add it to your cart as you book a mission or buy it separately later.
The Hive is keen to keep its missions as inclusive as possible with prices that are as fair as they can be for parents whilst also being fair to our staff. We’ve earned a reputation for being an innovative and stimulating place to work where high standards are valued and skills stretched. This encourages the best facilitators to work for us, which is key to the quality of the experiences we offer the children. This means that we have to be measured in the level of discount we can realistically offer parents. Please note that discounts are calculated automatically at checkout.
Tax-free childcare vouchers are a cost effective way for working parents to pay for their child's Hive mission, as working parents can benefit from significant tax and NI savings of up to £1,000 a year using childcare vouchers.
The Hive is registered with most childcare voucher providers in the UK. We can also add a new provider within 48 hours of booking. To book a Hive Mission with childcare vouchers, you can use our online booking system and choose "pay by childcare voucher" at checkout. You can also call 020 3435 6848 and we'll take your booking over the phone.
Remember that your payment still needs to go through your childcare voucher provider. To pay with them, you may need The Hive's Ofsted Registration Number, which is EY497153.
The Hive is a registered provider with My Family Care / School Holiday Cover, which is an employee scheme providing a mix of free and subsidised childcare. Check with your employer to see if they are part of the scheme. Payment takes place through your employer's My Family Care page.
The Hive is registered to receive payment through the government's Tax-Free Childcare scheme. To pay this way, you just need to sign in to your government account and look for The Hive in the list of providers.
In the event of cancellation by you, a credit will only be issued if such cancellation is notified in writing to The Hive at least one month before the commencement of the Camp. An administration charge of £50 per week per child will be deducted from the credit. Bookings cancelled in the last month prior to the date of the camp will not be reimbursed. Fees are non-returnable for children arriving late, leaving early or missing a day of camp (whether on account of illness or any other cause). Please check our Terms and Conditions for further information.
We are very confident that your child will love The Hive. In the unlikely event your child doesn't enjoy it, we will be happy to discuss a refund on a case by case basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
