What kind of potion master are you? Are you the kind of wizard who’s keen to conjure mystical lava lamps with your skills? Or maybe you’d rather magic up giant bubbles with your bubble wand? Or are your skills in sorcery more suited to concocting homemade bath bombs for a nice long soak in the tub?!
It’s time to find out in this mission packed full of experimentation and creations like you’ve never seen before! During the week you’ll be working towards qualifying for your Potion Masters certificate as you learn to make your own healing products, brilliant dyes, and magical potions. Mixing science with herbs, flowers and essential oils for a good dose of indulgence and great fun, you’ll have the freedom to get creative and play with fragrance, flavour and colour.
Each day you’ll master a different element of potion making to get your skills up to scratch. First, you’ll have to create your own potions recipe book to keep track of all your methods and findings. Next, you’ll have a go at fizzing up bath bombs, scavenging for herbs, mixing up slime, creating balms over a crackling fire, bashing leaves and flowers for natural dyes, and whizzing up your own potions. You’ll learn how to make herbal teas using a Kelly kettle, how to use a bushcraft stove, and how to make natural paint from earth pigments.
At the end of the week (provided you’ve learnt the skills!) you’ll be crowned Ultimate Potion Master in the graduation ceremony followed by a celebration with all your fellow graduates! So if you’re ready to test your skills, get creative and master the fine art of potion making, sign up now and get those cauldrons bubbling!
