Hello Agents. My name is Big Boss and I am the head of INFo (International Nature Forensics), one of the most secret departments, here at Hive HQ. A while ago I enlisted a team of outstanding agents to help solve The Mysterious Case of the Stolen Calix. Well, I’ve got bad news. There's a new thief at large on the scene, and this time, it’s personal...
As you are aware, I’m a very private person. Not much is known about me and I like it that way. But there's one thing that everyone who works for me knows...I have a soft spot for bees. They’re just my favourite! Why do you think this place is called The Hive???
Anyway, I have been keeping bees for many years and I even have my favourite at Hive HQ. Well, I did… until last week. Just last Thursday, we had our yearly Beekeepers Association meeting and when it was time for me to present my colony, we discovered that my entire hive had been stolen! I have no idea who took them, when or how. They’ve just vanished into thin air...
It’s going to be a hard case to crack and I’m going to need the brightest and boldest detectives on the job. You will need to analyse forensic prints, stage crime scene re-enactments, experiment with beeswax, taste test honeycomb evidence, embark on fragrance tracking and even learn to use bee-vision goggles! My poor bees may not survive long. We need to solve this case, fast!
Full itinerary coming Winter 2020.
