Training Schedule 

Please make sure you’re available for both the training and assessment days ahead of booking, as Level 3 trainees are required to attend both. If you are unable to attend your scheduled assessment days once you’ve booked, please let us know as early as possible, as we may have to charge an administration fee for you to join a new cohort.

Course Overview

The course is structured around five key areas of learning, covering the pedagogy that underpins the Forest School ethos and principles, the understanding of child-centered learning in nature, the planning and preparation that are key to successful sessions, the broad range of practical skills supporting Forest School and the knowledge that allows the sustainable use of woodlands and natural materials for learning. Click here for full course overview.

COST

Level 3 Forest School Leader training costs £880 per person, which covers all training days, full access to Stave Hill Ecology Park, observation assessment, portfolio marking and certification. This also covers tutor support throughout your training. 

We offer 3 payment options:

1. You can pay the full amount for the course by booking online below, or over the phone by calling 020 3435 6848. 
2. You can pay in 2 instalments: the first instalment is due at the time of booking, the second is due 4 weeks before the start of the course. Just call us to pay this way.
3. If you receive childcare vouchers, you are able to use them to pay for your course. Just call us to pay this way.
